These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReAIply (the "App" or "Service"), provided by DebugWithPurpose ("DWP", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this Service.
You may sign up directly or via third-party login (such as Facebook or Instagram). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the messages and content you create on the App ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
If you use Facebook or Instagram Login, your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
